Fable Fish Co - Sweet Chili Salmon Jerky, 2 oz

Sweet Chili is bright, spicy and sweet, a salty-sweet bite of the wild made from 100% wild Alaskan sockeye salmon. The salmon is seasoned with sugar, a spice blend, sea salt, soy sauce powder and tomato, garlic, apple and vinegar powders. It cures in that mix of clean spices for up to 70 hours before smoking.

Fable Fish Co. cuts whole muscle sockeye, including the necks, tails and collars, into vertical strips and hot smokes them low and slow until tender. The skin stays on for flavor and a chewable texture. Through the front window you see dark, seasoned strips of jerky. Fable Fish Co. developed the recipe with a master smoker and was founded by a commercial fisherwoman who grew up on Alaska's waters. Every piece is 100% traceable to Bristol Bay, Alaska, the world's largest sustainable sockeye fishery, with RFM and MSC certification.
