Field Trip - Original Beef Jerky, 2.2 oz

Original Beef Jerky is the first flavor in the Field Trip lineup, an instant classic that goes back to 2010. The flavor is sea salt and black pepper with a brown sugar/hickory marinade. Every bite has savory pepper, subtle sweetness and a hint of smoke. Gluten free reduced sodium soy sauce, apple juice, pineapple juice, rice wine and apple cider vinegar go in too. It is seasoned with granulated garlic, granulated onion, ginger and white pepper.

Tasty and tender, rated 5 out of 5 for tender, it is made with 100% grass fed beef and marinated for over 24 hours. The pieces in the product photo are flat and dark red. It is all natural and minimally processed, with no artificial ingredients or preservatives. There is no added MSG or nitrates beyond what occurs naturally in soy sauce and sea salt. It is gluten free, made in the USA, and U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture.
