Jerky Junction - Peppered Beef Jerky Crisps, 1.6 oz

Black pepper gives Cowboy Crisps Peppered Beef Jerky its kick: the flavor is big, bold and rugged, in a crunchy bite. Peppered and smoky, the beef is seasoned with soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, spices and granulated garlic. Liquid smoke with natural hickory smoke flavor is added, along with vinegar powder and celery powder.

The texture is crunchy, and the dark brown pieces are visible through the clear bag beneath the label. Jerky Junction makes them in Carson City, Nevada, where the brand is based. Made in the USA, they are U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture. No nitrates, nitrites or MSG are added, other than those naturally occurring in sea salt, celery juice solids and soy sauce.
