Hot & Tangy Teriyaki combines the sweetness of pineapple juice with the fire of chili peppers. It rates hot on the Divine Bovine heat scale: a wild, fiery hot and sultry flavor. It comes drenched in a mild blend of savory spices from Pops' unique recipe. The jerky is made with soy sauce, brown sugar and pineapple juice concentrate, then seasoned with granulated garlic, crushed red peppers, black pepper and ginger.

The texture is soft, moist and tender. Divine Bovine uses only thin sliced cuts of quality turkey. The meat is marinated for 24 hours in the sauce blend, then cooked in state of the art ovens. This gourmet turkey jerky began with Pops, a butcher in a small village in southern Italy who discovered the flavor of using turkey. His grandson continued the tradition and brought the family recipe to market. It is gluten free, with no nitrites, no preservatives, no artificial ingredients and no MSG added, except for what naturally occurs in soy sauce.
