Pops was a butcher in a small village in southern Italy who loved to make jerky. His grandson brought the family recipe to market as Divine Bovine's Gourmet Beef Jerky. It is made with soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, black pepper and granulated garlic.
The jerky is soft, moist and tender: thin sliced cuts of premium quality steer brisket of beef. It is marinated for 24 hours in the sauce blend, then cooked to perfection in state of the art ovens. Made in the USA and U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture, it is gluten free with no artificial ingredients. There are no nitrites, no preservatives and no MSG added, except for the MSG that naturally occurs in soy sauce.
