Divine Bovine - Spicy Sriracha Style Bacon Jerky, 2.5 oz

Sriracha sauce, made from ground red chili peppers, ground garlic and sugar, is the flavor's namesake ingredient. Spicy Sriracha Flavored is drenched in a mild blend of savory spices and Pops' unique recipe. The flavor is irresistible and garlicky sweet, with a kick of cayenne and ginger. It is also made with honey, turbinado sugar, gluten free tamari sauce, granulated garlic, ground pepper and red wine vinegar. It rates hot on the heat meter.

It is made with crispy, tasty uncured bacon, marinated for 24 hours and cooked to perfection in state of the art ovens. Handcrafted and made in USA, it has no nitrates or nitrites added except those that occur naturally in sea salt and celery powder. No MSG is added, except what occurs naturally in soy sauce. The recipe comes from Pops, a butcher in a small village in southern Italy who perfected it. His grandson brought the family recipe to market as Divine Swine's Gourmet Uncured Bacon Jerky. It is gluten free, non-GMO and U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture.
