Fable Fish Co - Sea Salt Salmon Jerky, 2 oz

Sea Salt is the flavor that started it all at Fable Fish Co. It keeps things simple, with sockeye salmon, sea salt and pantry clean spices done right. Salty, smoky and savory, it is a salty-sweet bite of the wild. It is made simply, with a handful of real ingredients: soy sauce powder, sea salt, sugar, a spice blend, dehydrated garlic and onion powder.

Tender, with a chewable texture, it is cut from whole muscle sockeye into vertical strips, using the necks, tails and collars others overlook. The strips are cured in a mix of clean spices for up to 70 hours. Then they are hung on smoking racks and hot smoked, low and slow. The skin stays on, which helps preserve that texture, and the dark reddish-brown pieces show through the front window. Fable Fish Co. spent years perfecting the recipe with a master smoker. The sockeye is 100% wild-caught from Bristol Bay, Alaska, the largest sustainable sockeye salmon fishery on Earth, and RFM and MSC certified sustainable. It is processed in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
