Fable Fish Co - Teriyaki Salmon Jerky, 2 oz

Umami, robust and sweet: Teriyaki is a salty-sweet bite of the wild, made from 100% Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. It is seasoned with soy sauce powder, sugar, brown sugar, sea salt, a spice blend, vinegar powder, dehydrated garlic and onion powder. The recipe took years to perfect with a master smoker, and it is made with clean ingredients.

The jerky is tender, and the skin stays on, which helps preserve a chewable texture. It is made with whole muscle sockeye, using the necks, tails and collars, cut into vertical strips. The strips are cured in a mix of clean spices for up to 70 hours, then hung on smoking racks and hot smoked. Through the window they look dark and reddish-brown. The salmon is wild caught in Bristol Bay, Alaska, the world's largest sustainable sockeye fishery, RFM and MSC certified sustainable. It is processed in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
