Gochujang Korean BBQ Recipe is a spicy gochujang sauce with a sweet pear puree marinade on grass-fed beef. The flavor is sweet, savory and a tad spicy. It comes in sequence: delicious pear puree first, then the umami side of savory red miso paste, and a gochugaru pepper finish. It is seasoned with ginger, granulated garlic, granulated onion and black pepper. Through all of it, this jerky stays bold and quite beefy.
