The jerky shown on the front is dark and flecked with visible seasoning. Fusion Jerky is women-owned. Founder KaiYen Mai was born into a family with a passion for crafting and perfecting traditional Asian-style jerky for over 50 years. It is gluten-free, with no preservatives and no MSG except that naturally occurring in soy sauce. No nitrites are added except that which naturally occurs in cultured celery powder and sea salt.
