Applewood Smoke Style is uncured bacon jerky with natural smoke flavor added. Its applewood smoke combines smoke flavor, natural flavors and applewood flavor. It is made with brown sugar, honey and apple juice, and seasoned with ground pepper, sea salt and coarse black pepper.

Made with 100% real uncured bacon, it has no nitrites or nitrates except those occurring naturally in celery powder and sea salt. The bacon shows through the bag as dark reddish-brown pieces. It is gluten free, with no artificial ingredients and no more than minimally processed. U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture, it is distributed by Jerky Junction of Carson City, Nevada.
