Original Beef Jerky is bold and smoky, with natural hickory smoke flavor from liquid smoke. Soy sauce, brown sugar, granulated garlic and black pepper season the beef, with sweetness from the brown sugar. Vinegar powder and celery powder with sea salt complete the seasoning.

The cut is top round beef, and the finished jerky is roadside-style and dry, made the old-school way. Through the window the pieces are dark, flat and irregular. Jerky Junction makes it in a USDA-inspected facility in Carson City, Nevada, and uses only USA beef, never imported. Family-owned since 1992, Jerky Junction makes small-batch jerky with hands-on, craft-based production. It is made in the USA, with no nitrates or nitrites added except those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery juice solids. There is no MSG added, except that which naturally occurs in soy sauce.
