Beef filet mignon is the cut, and Filet Mignon Original is tender and smoky with a bold, classic bite: premium jerky done right. It is made with soy sauce, brown sugar and granulated garlic, seasoned with black pepper, and liquid smoke with natural hickory smoke flavor. No MSG is added, and no nitrates or nitrites are added beyond those naturally occurring in the soy sauce, sea salt and celery juice solids.

The texture is tender, and through the window the jerky shows as dark reddish-brown pieces. It is made in the USA by Jerky Junction in Carson City, Nevada, and U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture.
