Jerky Junction - Ghost Pepper Beef Jerky, 2.25 oz

Ghost pepper leads this flavor: tender brisket with a thrilling ghost pepper kick. The kick comes from Bhut Jolokia pepper powder, the ghost pepper itself. That puts this jerky on the Spicy side of the Jerky Junction lineup, next to Habanero Brisket. It is seasoned with brown sugar and a teriyaki sauce of soy sauce, wine, sugar, vinegar, onion powder and garlic powder. It is also made with spices, granulated garlic, lemon juice, vinegar powder and celery powder with sea salt.

The brisket is tender, and the pieces show through the clear bag as dark reddish-brown strips with red seasoning visible on the surface. It is made in the USA by Jerky Junction of Carson City, Nevada, and U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture. No nitrates or nitrites are added beyond those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery juice solids. No MSG is added beyond what naturally occurs in soy sauce.
