IPA beer, brewed from malt, hops, yeast and water, is the ingredient that gives this tender brisket beef jerky its name and its bold hops. It is made with brown sugar and soy sauce and seasoned with onion powder, garlic powder, vinegar powder and spices. Liquid smoke with natural hickory smoke flavor is added, along with celery powder and sea salt.

The cut is brisket, and it is tender. Through the clear bag the jerky shows as dark pieces flecked with seasoning.
