Jerky Junction - Mild Jalapeno Beef Jerky, 2.5 oz

A gentle jalapeno kick is what defines Mild Jalapeno: tender, flavorful brisket with mild heat. Jerky Junction makes it with beef, brown sugar, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. The hot sauce in the mix is made from aged cayenne red peppers, vinegar and garlic powder. The jerky is seasoned with jalapeno powder, vinegar powder and celery powder.

Tender brisket is the cut, and the dark, reddish-brown pieces show through the clear bag. There are no nitrates or nitrites added beyond those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery juice solids. No MSG is added except what naturally occurs in soy sauce. It is made in the USA by Jerky Junction of Carson City, Nevada, and U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture.
