This ahi tuna jerky gets its bold flavor from zesty black pepper. The ahi is made with brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, granulated garlic and spices. The teriyaki sauce is made with soy sauce, wine, vinegar, onion powder and garlic powder. Sweetness comes from the brown sugar, and natural hickory smoke flavor comes from liquid smoke.

Through the window, the pieces are dark reddish-brown and flecked with pepper. Jerky Junction makes it in the USA.
