That teriyaki sauce is made with soy sauce, wine, sugar, vinegar, onion powder and garlic powder. The jerky is then seasoned with spices, granulated garlic, lemon juice, vinegar powder and celery powder.

The texture is tender, and this is whole muscle jerky, not the chopped and formed stuff. Through the window, the strips are dark reddish-brown with visible specks of seasoning. Made with USA beef, it is U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture. No MSG is added except what naturally occurs in soy sauce. No nitrates or nitrites are added except those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery juice solids.
