Scorpion pepper heat leads this flavor, a fiery fusion with teriyaki sweetness on tender brisket. The sweetness comes from a teriyaki sauce made with soy sauce, wine and sugar, with brown sugar listed right behind the beef. The heat comes from scorpion pepper powder, and the jerky is seasoned with granulated garlic, lemon juice, spices and vinegar powder. It sits in the Spicy section of the Jerky Junction lineup.

Tender brisket is the cut, visible through the window as dark reddish-brown strips. It is made in the USA under USDA inspection. No nitrates or nitrites are added, except those naturally occurring in sea salt and celery juice solids. There is no MSG added either, beyond what naturally occurs in soy sauce.
