Jerky Junction - Sriracha Style Bacon Jerky, 1.75 oz

Sriracha, made with chili, sugar, salt, garlic and distilled vinegar, is the flavor behind the name. Sriracha Style Uncured Bacon Jerky is uncured bacon with no nitrites or nitrates except those occurring naturally in celery powder and sea salt. It is also made with teriyaki sauce: soy sauce, wine, sugar and vinegar with onion powder and spice extractives. It is seasoned with ground pepper, granulated garlic, cayenne and ginger.

Through the window, the pieces are deep reddish-brown with lighter streaks of fat and darker edges. This is uncured bacon jerky, U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture.
