Jerky Junction - Sweet Smokey BBQ Beef Jerky, 2.5 oz

Brisket is the cut, and sweet and smokey BBQ is the flavor: smokey brisket meets sweet BBQ bliss. It is made with a BBQ sauce of tomato puree, distilled vinegar, mustard bran, molasses and smoke flavor. Brown sugar and a teriyaki sauce of soy sauce and wine go in as well. Liquid smoke with natural hickory smoke flavor is added, along with lemon juice, and it is seasoned with dried onion, dried garlic and spices.

The brisket is tender, and the pieces show dark and reddish-brown through the clear front of the bag. Jerky Junction of Carson City, Nevada, makes it in the USA, and it is U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture. No nitrates, nitrites or MSG are added, other than those naturally occurring in the sea salt, celery juice solids and soy sauce.
