Brisket is the cut in this Original beef jerky, and it is classic comfort in every bite. Smoky and full of rich, beefy flavor, it is seasoned with brown sugar, soy sauce, granulated garlic, black pepper, vinegar powder and celery powder. Liquid smoke, made with water and natural hickory smoke flavor, is added.

The jerky is tender, and through the clear front of the bag you can see dark, reddish-brown pieces. Family-owned since 1992, Jerky Junction makes it in small batches in Carson City, Nevada, from USA beef, never imported. Made in the USA, it is inspected and passed by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. No MSG and no nitrates or nitrites are added, except those naturally occurring in soy sauce, sea salt and celery juice solids.
