Whiskey Tender Brisket Beef Jerky is made with beef, brown sugar, teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice and bourbon. The teriyaki sauce combines soy sauce, wine, sugar, vinegar, onion powder and garlic powder. It is seasoned with granulated onion, granulated garlic, lemon juice, spices, vinegar powder and celery powder.

Tender brisket is the cut. Through the window the pieces are dark reddish-brown and flecked with seasoning.
