Lemon Salt is a refreshing take on tuna jerky, seasoned with a zesty blend of lemon, black pepper and garlic. The flavor is light, tangy and savory, with a crisp, clean profile that balances saltiness and acidity. It is lighter and more citrus-forward than the Teriyaki and Peppered flavors in the Kaimana Jerky lineup. The lemon and spice blend balances out the natural tuna flavor, so there is no strong fishy taste. Made with lemon peel, freeze-dried whole lemon, brown sugar and soy sauce, it has been a local favorite for years.

Handcrafted in Kona, Hawaii, from 100% wild caught ahi tuna, it is marinated in a homemade sauce and slowly dried in small batches. In the product photo the pieces are dark brown, thin and irregular, flecked with seasoning. It is seasoned with organic onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper and red chili, plus organic sesame oil. There are no nitrites or nitrates, no added preservatives and no MSG, and it is all natural.
