Ahi Jerky is sweet and spicy wild caught yellow fin tuna, an ocean of flavor. It has the right amount of spice and won't overheat your mouth. The sweetness comes through first, then a nice peppery finish. It is made with sugar, salt and soy sauce. The seasoning is onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, red pepper, sesame oil and spices. Only world class, sushi grade tuna goes into it, and it is dolphin safe.

It is made from full strips of fish, no chopping or forming, 100% handmade and smoked to perfection. The tuna is flash frozen to maximize freshness. It is completely preservative-free, with no MSG, no nitrates and no fillers.
