Rainbow Trout Jerky is the delicate taste of rainbow trout with a superb blend of herbs and spices. It is the Original flavor in the Mountain America Jerky fish lineup, alongside salmon and tuna. The jerky is made with smooth rainbow trout, miso tamari, sugar, Greek seasoning, lime juice, salt and spices. The Greek seasoning is garlic, pepper and sage. The result is a delicious treat and a pleasant surprise.

Through the clear pack, the jerky shows as dark strips of trout. It is 100% handmade with no fillers, no MSG and no nitrates, and it is preservative-free.
