Mountain America Jerky - Spicy Beef Jerky, 3.25 oz

A three-pepper combo gives Spicy Beef Jerky its heat: black pepper, crushed red pepper and a touch of cayenne. The result is a powerful spice blend. It kicks up and smolders in your mouth. Alongside them, the beef is made with soy sauce, brown sugar, natural flavorings and salt.

The texture is not hard, not soft, chewy. Each piece is thick cut from solid strips of beef, marinated and hickory smoked daily, and hand made in Colorado. Through the window, the strips are dark with visible flecks of crushed red pepper. The beef comes from small herd, locally sourced cows, no feed lot cattle. It is preservative-free with no MSG, nitrates or other fillers, and it is U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture. Mountain America Jerky has been making jerky since 1997.
