Teriyaki Beef Jerky is an Asian twist on beef jerky with the perfect proportions of salt, pepper and sweet. The marinade is a specially crafted teriyaki sauce made with wheat, soybeans, wine, sugar, vinegar, spices, onion and garlic. Brown sugar and natural flavorings are in the mix as well. It is never syrupy or sticky, and the flavor is salty, spicy and sweet.

The texture is not hard, not soft, chewy. It is thick cut from solid strips of beef, marinated and hickory smoked daily. Dark, glossy strips show through the clear front of the vacuum-sealed pack. The beef comes from small herd, locally sourced cows, no feed lot cattle, never treated with steroids or growth hormones. There is no MSG, no nitrates and no fillers.
