Whole muscle boar meat is naturally leaner and deeper red in color than regular pork, due to a diet of acorns, roots and other vegetation. It is made with teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, salt and natural flavorings, and it is an Original flavor.

Hickory smoked and 100% handmade from solid strips of wild boar meat: no chopping, forming or grinding, and no other added meats. The dark strips are visible through the front window. It is premium quality gourmet jerky made in Colorado, U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture. It has no MSG, no nitrates and no fillers, and the boar is never treated with growth hormones or steroids.
