Maryland Monroe is a hickory smokeshow with a kiss of Chesapeake Crab Spice: celery salt, spices including red pepper and black pepper, and paprika. It is made with brown sugar, molasses, soybeans, vinegar and natural smoke flavoring. It is seasoned with black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cloves and chili powder. It is smooth, an homage to the Chesapeake Bay Region of boating, bonfires and brown bags brimming with Blue Crabs.

The beef is all-natural, pasture-raised American Black Angus, locally raised at Roseda Farm in Maryland. It is rubbed in the crab spice, with smoke flavor added. Righteous Felon craft jerky is made in America and distributed from West Chester, PA. It is U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture.
