Real salmon and real smoke define Traditional, the classic flavor of SeaBear Smokehouse wild king salmon jerky. The first ingredient is Chinook salmon, 100% wild-caught in the cold waters of the Pacific, and the taste is rich and smoky. It is seasoned with brown sugar, salt, spices, garlic powder and natural flavoring. This is bold, clean protein with nothing fake and no fillers, salmon jerky the way it should be.
The texture is perfectly chewy. It is slow smoked in small batches. Through the window you can see the jerky itself: orange strips of salmon in longer and shorter pieces. Needs to be alittle bit softer so seniors can be able to chew it with a few teeth but overall very good taste and excellent quality

Very tasty salmon jerky, smallish pieces comma easy to chew but not too soft. Great flavor. One of the best salmon jerkies I've had. Ordering more now.

Perfect balance of salty and smoky salmon, not too dry, preserving the natural fish filet texture. It has exceeded my expectations by far, I'm definitely buying more of it, I hope not to get too addicted to it.
