Each piece is coated in Stripling’s signature Honey BBQ seasoning and is bursting with flavor, a sweet heat that keeps you coming back for more. It is seasoned with jalapeño, spices, garlic powder and onion powder, with natural smoke flavor. The honey granules themselves are made from cane sugar and honey.

The jerky is tender, fully cooked and tenderized with papain, made with no MSG and no nitrites. Through the clear front of the bag it shows as dark reddish-brown pieces with a glossy sheen, in irregular chunks. Stripling’s General Store has made small-batch, naturally seasoned food the slow way in South Georgia since 1964. This jerky is produced by Stripling’s in Moultrie, GA.
