Striplings - Teriyaki Pork Jerky, 2 oz

Sweet Teriyaki Pork Jerky is the pork version of Stripling’s famous beef jerky, made because customers asked for it, and then asked again. The flavor is sweet and savory both. Every piece gets a dry rub of Stripling’s teriyaki seasoning, made with sugar, salt, spices, dehydrated soy sauce and garlic powder. There are no artificial flavors in it, and it goes faster than any other bag in the Stripling’s lineup.

It starts as whole muscle pork loin, trimmed by hand: real cuts of meat, not ground and pressed back into a strip. Each piece goes on the rack by hand and spends hours in the smokehouse at Stripling’s General Store in Moultrie, Georgia. Smoked, never dehydrated, and fully cooked. The glossy, dark reddish-brown pieces show through the clear package, irregular in shape and flecked with seasoning. It is made with no MSG and no nitrites. Stripling’s pork jerky was named a finalist in the University of Georgia’s Flavor of Georgia contest.
