VP Jerky - Crab Habanero Beef Jerky, 2.5 oz

Crab Habanero blends Maryland crab seasoning with spicy hot sauce, and the blend is perfect. Two hot sauces go into it, one made with cayenne peppers and one with Scotch Bonnet peppers. It is also seasoned with celery salt, paprika and spices, plus distilled white vinegar. The result is the same great taste as the family recipe, now in jerky form.

That recipe began on a family weekend trip to Ocean City, Maryland, where they tasted a restaurant table sauce made with similar ingredients. When the restaurant closed, Mom picked out every ingredient and made her own version, one the family has called Crabby Habanero and Crab Hab-Anita. Her version is what flavors this gourmet beef jerky, made in the USA and U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture.
