Field Trip - Mandarin Orange Beef Jerky, 2.2 oz

Orange is the secret weapon in Mandarin Orange Teriyaki: a sweet burst of citrus with a ginger soy finish. The jerky is made with brown sugar, gluten free reduced sodium soy sauce, rice wine, apple juice and pineapple juice. Mandarin and tangerine juice concentrate and orange peel are in the mix as well. It is seasoned with ginger, black pepper, white pepper, granulated garlic and granulated onion.

Field Trip makes it with 100% grass fed beef, and the bite is tasty and tender. It is American crafted and all natural, minimally processed with no artificial ingredients. There are no preservatives, no added MSG and no nitrates other than those naturally occurring in soy sauce and sea salt. It is gluten free and U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture, and the slices in the front photo are dark and reddish-brown.
