Righteous Felon - Ancho Villa Biltong, 2 oz

Ancho Villa is a revolutionary recipe with spicy ancho peppers. Savory and piquant, it is the spicy, incendiary inferno of The Cape Town Connection, the Righteous Felon trio of air-dried beef biltong. Expect a scorched, smoldering heat that leaves your tongue slightly charred. It is seasoned with ancho, chipotle, cayenne and habanero peppers, plus paprika, garlic, black garlic, rosemary, ground coriander and monk fruit.

Tender in texture, it is air-dried beef made with the traditional methods of the South African craft, an homage to South African style biltong. Righteous Felon makes it in America from all-natural, pasture-raised American Black Angus. It is Paleo Friendly, and a portion of proceeds from each purchase goes to The Conservation Alliance to help protect North America's wild places.
