Nelson Mandilla Biltong is a unifying recipe of cracked pepper and dill: dill-forward, garlicky and a pucker-bomb of pickle-like flavor. It is the crafty crusader of the Righteous Felon Cape Town Connection, an homage to South African style biltong. Bold and revolutionary, it is made with red wine vinegar, ground coriander, rosemary, black pepper, black garlic and monk fruit.
The texture is tender, air-dried beef that melts in the mouth like thin-sliced prosciutto. It is made with the traditional methods of the South African craft from all-natural, pasture-raised American Black Angus. Made in America, it is U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture. A portion of proceeds from each bag is donated to The Conservation Alliance to help protect North America's wild places.

I thoroughly enjoyed these! They are the closest thing in the united state to South African biltong! America beef jerky doesn't do it for me, especially with them always adding sugar or BBQ sauce/rub! This biltong was phenomenal and so flavorful! Will purchase again for sure!
