Stryve - Spicy Pepper Air Dried Beef, 2 oz

Spicy Pepper is the Stryve thinly sliced steak with a stinging bite. Chili pepper joins black pepper and white pepper, and the heat is nice-and-hot without the taste bud blowout. It is seasoned with vinegar and dry-rubbed with simple spices: salt, garlic powder, coriander, clove, nutmeg and onion powder.

The beef is hung to air dry for up to two weeks, then sliced ultra-thin for easy-to-eat, tender pieces. That air-dried process retains full flavor and tenderness, and the thin slices come out deep red. Stryve sources its beef from American farmers and makes it at its facility in Madill, Oklahoma. It is all natural and minimally processed: zero sugar, no preservatives, no nitrates, no MSG, no gluten and nothing artificial. Every bag is U.S. inspected and passed by the Department of Agriculture.
