Pan's Mushroom Jerky - Teriyaki Mushroom Jerky, 2.2 oz

Teriyaki made without soy or gluten: the seasoning here is orange peel powder, garlic, sea salt and ginger. It is an Asian-inspired snack with a tangy, delicious ginger and citrus flavor. Shiitake mushrooms are rich in umami, a savory and earthy flavor that comes through in the jerky. Coconut sugar, avocado oil and chia seeds complete the ingredient list.

The texture is meaty and chewy: the mushrooms are soft and fibrous, which gives them a satisfying chew. It is not trying to imitate beef, and you should expect the mushroom to come through.
