Coconut sugar adds just the right amount of sweet, with no cane sugar. The turkey is marinated and seasoned with sea salt and organic coconut aminos, apple cider vinegar, garlic, matcha tea, ginger and red pepper flakes. It is soy free, with coconut aminos standing in for soy sauce.

The turkey is 100% cage free, raised with no antibiotics or added hormones ever. It is cured with coconut sugar and salts, then smoked with cherry wood to preserve it naturally: no preservatives. There are no added nitrates or nitrites beyond those naturally occurring in sea salt. Tender, with a bite you can sink your teeth into, the pieces visible through the window are dark reddish-brown.
